TeamWell Health Richmond is happy to offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. When utilizing direct billing, your insurance provider pays the clinic directly, saving you the trouble of filing your claims yourself.
To find out if you're eligible for direct billing, please contact us and provide the following information:
1. Your name and date of birth (name and date of birth of partner/spouse/parent if insurance plan is under their name)
2. Name of insurance company
3. Plan or policy #
4. Member or certificate #

Eligible patients quality for $23 toward their selected appointment type, ten times per calendar year.
ICBC Claims
Under ICBCs Enhanced Care Program, people involved in a motor vehicle accident are entitled to 12 weeks of pre-approved treatment, regardless of who is at fault. All we need is your claim number!
Your claim grants you access to:
25 chiropractic visits
25 physiotherapy visits
12 RMT visits
12 active rehab visits
WorkSafe Claims
WSBC claims are currently only accepted by our chiropractor and physiotherapist. Direct billing to WorkSafe BC is not available for registered massage therapy.
